Sales Conditions
The established delivery date must be mutually accepted by both parties. If the material is available in our warehouse we undertake to ship it within 8 days after receiving the order and payment. Any event caused by force majeure could suspend the terms of delivery for the entire duration of said event. Our prices and our following invoices don’t include customs and duties of your country, if this is not specified in our offer.
The goods, even if sent freight pre-paid or free delivered to the buyer’s premises, travel at the risk and responsibility of the buyer. All our responsibility ceases upon delivery of the goods to the shipping company.
The order can be offered to the shipping company warehouse (C&F) nearest your location(you have to collect the order yourself) as specified in our offer or with door delivery (D.D.U.).
– The unloading must be arranged from the consignee if not otherwise specified in our offer.
– You must call the freight company prior to the delivery date to arrange date and time. It is necessary to clear the customs within 5 days after arrival in the customs yards .If you refuse the delivery or delay the customs clearance you will pay extra shipment fees to the shipping company for another delivery or for demurrage cost.
– Whoever is accepting the delivery must inspect it and sign for the order.
The order must be inspected on delivery. We provide you with a detailed inspection checklist to follow. If there is any damaged material, it must be noted on the paperwork in order to open claim to insurances.
If these rules are not followed, insurance companies don’t accept claims for damaged goods.
Order return : the customer can return the goods to us within seven days after receiving them. The consumer bears all shipping costs (to and from our company ) therefore we refund only the cost of the goods calculated ex-works even though they have been originally sold D.D.U or C.I.F.
The samples and photos give only an idea about the products offered which can vary slightly in colour and texture, therefore differences in colour shades and texture cannot be considered as material defects.
Guarantee
Our guarantee only includes the replacement of material found to be defective with the exclusion of any further obligation. All parties unconditionally accept the provisions of this paragraph and agree not to contest its validity. In case of litigation, the court of Bologna in Italy shall be competent to rule, except where otherwise elected by the seller.
The aforementioned general conditions of sale aren’t to be considered in any way clauses of form. These conditions are effective to all intents and purposes and faithfully represent the contractual will of the parties.
Transactions are in euro currency. The amount in USD that appears in our web site is given only as an indication.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
